Delete your account

You can delete your Boost CAA account at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately — we don't hold your data in a recoverable state, so it cannot be undone.

In the mobile app

  1. Open the Boost CAA app and make sure you're signed in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You'll be signed out as soon as it completes.

On the web

Sign in and open your profile, then use Delete account at the bottom of the page. It's the same account across the app and the website, so this removes both.

By email

Can't sign in, or would rather we handle it? Email us and we'll delete your account for you.

Send it from the email address on the account so we can verify the request. We action deletion requests within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your login and everything attached to it:

  • Your login and email address
  • Your candidacy profile — GPA, prerequisites, entrance-exam scores, shadowing hours, and anything else you entered
  • Every candidacy score you've run
  • Your prerequisite tracker and clinical-hours log
  • Saved and tracked programs, and their deadlines
  • Your CASAA timeline progress and any notes
  • Practice progress, streaks, and scores
  • Your newsletter and email preferences

Deleting only part of your data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove something. Signed in on boostcaa.com you can delete individual prerequisite courses, clinical-hours entries, and saved programs, and clear any field on your profile — while keeping the account itself.

You can also unsubscribe from our emails without deleting anything, using the link at the bottom of any email we send. If there's something specific you want removed and you can't find how, email support@boostcaa.com and we'll take care of it.

What we keep, and why

Nothing in Boost CAA, other than the billing record below. Everything tied to your account is removed.

If you have paid for a subscription, our payment processor retains the billing record it is legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. That record sits with the processor, not in your Boost CAA profile. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription — cancel it first if it's still running.
