The service

Boost CAA provides software tools and information to help anesthesiologist-assistant (CAA) school applicants — including candidacy scoring, a program directory, prerequisite and clinical-hours tracking, a CASAA application timeline, and coaching tools.

Not professional advice

The Service provides estimates and educational information, not professional advice. We are not an admissions authority, a medical provider, or a licensed financial advisor. Scores, fit, and other estimates are based on the inputs and public data available — they are not guarantees of admission or outcomes. Always confirm program requirements and deadlines with each program and CASAA, and consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to use the Service. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• The Pro plan is billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Your subscription renews automatically each period at the then-current price; you authorize us to charge your payment method.
• You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may offer refunds at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach security, scrape or resell our data, reverse-engineer the Service, share your account, or use it for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. statements, resume text, notes). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You're responsible for the content you submit.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Boost and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, notify you. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and your state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
