Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email when you create an account (or via Google sign-in).
• Profile & application data you provide — e.g. GPA, science GPA, prerequisite coursework, shadowing and clinical hours, programs you track, your CASAA timeline, personal statements, and resume content you submit to our tools.
• Usage data — first-party product analytics (which features you use, funnel events) kept free of sensitive content, plus cookieless web analytics.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To provide the tools (candidacy scoring, the program directory, prerequisite and clinical-hours tracking, the CASAA timeline, and coaching).
• To process subscriptions and send service messages (e.g. confirmations, receipts, deadline reminders).
• To improve the product through aggregate, de-identified analysis.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. Any future aggregate insights would be de-identified.

Service providers

We share data only with reputable third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only as needed to provide the Service — cloud hosting & infrastructure; database, authentication & storage; a PCI-compliant payment processor (we don't store full card numbers); AI/ML processing for the coaching and interview features (your inputs are processed server-side to generate results); and transactional email and security / bot-protection services.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How your data is protected

Your records are protected per-user with row-level security, AI calls run server-side (keys are never exposed to your browser), and data is encrypted in transit. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile, cancel your subscription anytime, and request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, opt-out). We honor applicable requests.

Cookies

We use the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. Our web analytics are cookieless, so we do not show a consent banner for tracking cookies.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you.
